Course Description

This course equips faculty members with a clear, practical understanding of the CRDTS Simulated Patient Dental Hygiene Examination. Participants will explore the full examination process, including preparation requirements, associated costs, and each component of the assessment. By the end of the session, faculty will feel more confident guiding students through the expectations and structure of the CRDTS exam.

  • Understand the overall structure and purpose of the CRDTS Dental Hygiene Exam

  • Identify the required components and performance criteria of the examination

  • Learn the steps for preparing effectively and efficiently

  • Review exam logistics, including registration and associated costs

  • Build confidence by knowing what to expect on exam day

Kelly has over twenty years in the dental hygiene profession. She has served as a clinician, educator and administrator. Kelly loves working with students – from seeing the aha lightbulb come on to preparing them for exams. She is grateful for all of the hats this profession has allowed her to wear.
